As a Houseperson, the organizational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and that our guests Feel Welcome from the minute they step into their room.
esponsibilitiesConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure Housekeeping departmental standards are followedAssist Room Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficientlyMaintain inventory in the Housekeeping closetsRespond timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items ie.
cribs, cots, extra towels etc.
ollect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from Room Attendants' carts and closetsEnsure cleanliness and organization of the tower closets and restroomsFollow departmental policies and proceduresReport necessary maintenance itemsFollow all safety and sanitation policiesWhat is in it for you.
