ORDER TO CASH (OTC) SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

A Synergie, empresa Multinacional que atua na Gestão Global de Recursos Humanos, recruta para prestigiada empresa cliente na zona de Alcochete.
Requisitos.
- Licenciatura em Contabilidade/ Gestão / Finanças (preferencial); - Experiência em contabilidade de pelo menos 3 anos; - Conhecimentos de contabilidade e logística; - Experiência em empresas na área industrial; - Domínio de uma língua estrangeira (Inglês e/ou Espanhol); - Conhecimento avançado de Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e SAP; - Capacidade de organização e de trabalho; - Capacidade para trabalhar em equipa.
Funções.
- Acompanhar todo o processo de pedidos (registo, envio); - Registar pedidos, faturas e notas de entrega; - Coordenar a entrega do pedido com o fornecedor de logística; - Gestão de reclamações; - Resolução de dúvidas de clientes.
Condições.
- Remuneração compatível com a experiência demonstrada.
Horário.
- 2ª a 6ª feira, horário geral Caso reúna os requisitos pretendidos, envie o seu currículo com a referência OTC_Alcochete.
