Overview.
As the Order Desk Specialist you will manage sales orders from Iberia North Africa Turkey and MiddleEast ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
You will coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners maintain customer databases and resolve shipping challenges.
Your role is vital in optimizing logistics performance and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
As main responsibilities you will.
Process and manage customer sales orders in ERP systems ensuring timely and accurate entry while coordinating with sales finance and logistics teams.
Prepare and send sales invoices to customers and manage credit invoices when needed.
Coordinate and book shipments ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
Maintain and update customer information in ERP systems ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Provide support to the sales team by facilitating smooth order fulfillment and assisting with customer claims and complaints to ensure swift resolution.
Oversee the entire shipping process within the assigned area of responsibility coordinating with logistics partners to ensure ontime delivery and proactively resolving any shipping issues or delays.
Collaborate with internal departments and external logistics providers to optimize shipping operations and minimize errors across all regions.
Participate in marketing and sales initiatives by coordinating customer events trade fairs and other promotional activities as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers managing inquiries order updates shipment tracking and handling any complaints.
Work closely with Barcelona warehouse team to ensure orders are picked packed and shipped accurately and on time.
Ensure effective communication between order processing inventory management and shipping teams to maintain seamless operations.
We are looking for a person with.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in sales support order processing or logistics roles.
Proficiency in processing and managing sales orders from creation to completion.
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures warehouse management and logistics coordination.
Experience with NetSuite ERP (Oracle) is preferred for managing sales inventory processes and maintaining customer databases.
Ability to analyze sales data inventory levels and logistics performance to support informed decisionmaking.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve logistical challenges effectively.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication with customers internal teams and logistics partners across all regions.
