Responsible for assisting in the oversight of any area in the Rooms and Food and Beverage Operations Divisions.
This can include; Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Reservations, Outlets and Event Services/Banquets.
This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills Solid guest service orientation and service recovery skills Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments This position works in a team environment Other duties of this role may include training, staff development through coaching and counseling, payroll and schedulingQualifications Your EXPERIENCE.
