OPERATIONS SPECIALIST TO LIMASSOL, CYPRUS

This can either be done from the office or fully remotely for the right candidate.
The client is a startup within financial technology, making online payments simpler by bundling different payment solutions into one place for their clients.
They are proud to provide a hassle-free payment system anyone can use, from microbusinesses to enterprises.
Responsibilities Attend to Merchants’ payments and tech inquiries via emails, tickets, chat and voice calls Monitor the behaviour of the systems and make sure they work as expected Monitor the behaviour of the Merchants and detect irregular patterns Report to the Operation Managers any irregularities Review Monitoring alerts, investigate and contact the respective internal and external parties as per company’s procedures Review and analyse the payments data to ensure compliance with company’s terms   Collaborate with internal departments such as Tech, Underwriting, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Sales and Finance  Take ad-hoc tasks and projects   The job Work on a shift schedule 24/7 where you will work 5 or 6 days per week according to what we will agree There are 3 shifts.
8am-5pm with one hour break, 4pm-12 and 12-8am You will be part of our operations team, helping with support and monitoring tasks.
Qualifications Software development, Mathematics, Economics or relevant Degree will be an advantage Analytical Mind with attention to detail You will be the face of the company, your communication skills need to be at the greatest level possible Fluent or Native English      What we offer Balance work between the office and home Homemade Lunch Mon-Thu and happy hour on Fridays Medical Insurance after the probation period Corporate/team/special events Training/Seminar funding on Industry-related topics     If you are interested, please send us your CV in English.
