This project involves developing the app for both iOS and Android platforms.
Core Features.
- Online ordering and delivery.
The app should enable users to order online and have their purchases delivered to their doorsteps.
- Real-time order tracking.
Users should be able to track their orders in real-time.
- Multiple payment options.
The app needs to support various payment methods for user convenience.
- Customizable user profiles allowing for personalized recommendations and order history tracking.
- In-app customer support chat feature for real-time assistance.
- Feature enabling users to rate and review products and delivery services.
- Option for users to save favorite items and create wishlists.
- Features for managing and applying discount coupons and promotional offers.
Inventory Management.
I'm uncertain whether the app will need features for managing inventory directly from it.
However, the ability to integrate such features in the future would be a plus.
Ideal Skills.
