Lisbon What you're going to do Are you looking for an environment where you can contribute hands-on? Do you have a talent for organizing, coordinating, and managing administrative tasks? As an Office Manager at Adnovum, you will play a key role in enabling and facilitating our office space in Lisbon. You will actively engage with employees both in Portugal and abroad, gaining exposure to various areas within the company. If you enjoy working in a service-oriented manner and can stay organized even in fast-paced situations, you might be the perfect fit for us. You will be responsible for administering our Lisbon office and handling the following tasks: Plan and coordinate employee events alongside the People team Ensure the proper and continuous operation of office infrastructure (cleaning, maintenance and repairs) Negotiate contracts and oversee agreements with office-related vendors Be the liaison between the company lawyer and internal teams ensuring that the company records are compliant Ensure employees and company Health and Safety regulations Arrange business trips for employees across different locations Handle general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and orders Answer phone calls and welcome visitors What we're looking for Completion of mandatory schooling (12th grade) Higher education and prior experience in similar roles are a plus Proficiency in MS Office Fluency in English and Portuguese Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a proactive, hands-on mindset, are essential for success in this role Sharp minds, good vibes We are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
