We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our Tallinn office.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
This is a fixed term position until the return of the employee on parental leave.
Your future responsibilities.
• To be the first point of contact for our people regarding office-related topics • Greeting and assisting visitors • Organizing company and office events and various employee well-being related topics • Managing office supplies and placing orders as needed • Collaborating with vendors to ensure normal office functioning • Collaborating with the other support functions • Organizing occupational health and safety • Travel administration • Assisting in on- & off-boarding employees • Reporting and documentation to corporate Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills • Overall a positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Estonian • Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar position We value our employees.
