Prérequis.
- Formation à la 12e année ou léquivalent; - Expérience en centre dappels (préférenciel mais pas dexclusion); - Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française oral, écrit et comprehension (facteur dexclusion); - Disponibilité pour travaillé par horaires et congés rotatifs; - Bonnes capacités de communication/Argumentation; - Vous aimez le travail en équipe; - Bonnes compétences en informatique.
