Odoo CRM Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo CRM Specialist to oversee and manage the ongoing development and operations of CALE CRM.
This position involves ensuring the effective deployment of Odoo CRM features, managing multi-company environments, and providing strategic oversight for the platform’s continuous improvement.
This is a monthly retainer-based role with a pre-agreed number of hours for maintenance and management, as well as an hourly rate for additional development and project-specific tasks.
Key Responsibilities System Administration and Oversight Monitor and manage the CALE CRM platform to ensure smooth operations across all companies and branches.
Audit existing configurations, ensuring that all products, services, and resources are appropriately linked to their respective companies and branches.
Make recommendations for system improvements or additional database setups if required.
Project Management for Odoo Development Oversee and guide freelance developers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality work aligned with our goals.
Manage developer access by assigning or removing rights based on project requirements.
Review all customisations and modules, such as payroll systems, to ensure they meet global compliance and are universally applicable across companies.
Rebranding and Customisation Lead the rebranding of Odoo as CALE CRM, ensuring a seamless and professional user interface for clients.
Coordinate with designers and developers to implement CALE CRM branding effectively on calecrm.

Client Account and Role Management Configure secure client access to the CALE CRM portal with role-specific permissions.
Ensure that B2B clients can access their pricing lists, place orders, and manage CRM apps directly from calecrm.

Support the integration of sales staff tools for mobile order-taking.
Training and Support Provide guidance and training to internal teams and client administrators on CRM functionalities.
Offer technical support for escalated issues related to CALE CRM operations.
Scalability and Future Growth Develop a roadmap for future enhancements to the CRM platform, including new modules, integrations, and tools to support business growth.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Odoo CRM implementation, management, and customisation.
Strong understanding of multi-company and multi-branch environments.
Experience with system rebranding and UI/UX optimisation.
Project management skills, including oversight of developers and technical teams.
Familiarity with integrations for sales staff tools, e-commerce, and client portals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Proposed Retainer Agreement Monthly Retainer Fee.
Covers a set number of pre-agreed hours for ongoing maintenance, auditing, and oversight tasks.
Hourly Rate for Development.
Additional hours for project-specific development or customisations will be billed separately.
