I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me design and develop a dynamic and user-friendly dashboard on Notion tailored to track and manage downstream oil and gas operations.
The dashboard will serve as a centralized platform to monitor key processes, performance metrics, and data related to refining, distribution, and marketing activities.
Scope of Work.
1.
Dashboard Design.
Create a visually appealing and intuitive layout for the dashboard.
Organize sections for refining, logistics, compliance, and marketing metrics.
2.
Data Integration.
Set up a structure to input, organize, and display critical data such as refining yields, distribution schedules, and compliance checklists.
Develop templates for regular updates and reporting.
3.
Key Features.
Track refining operations, including throughput, efficiency, and product output.
Monitor logistics performance (transportation schedules, tank farm inventory, etc.).
Ensure compliance and safety reporting is integrated into the dashboard.
Provide a space to document and analyze marketing and sales performance.
4.
Customization.
Ensure flexibility for scaling and adding new sections or metrics as needed.
Create automations (if possible in Notion) for reminders, deadlines, and data tracking.
5.
Collaboration.
Design a system for team collaboration and updates within Notion.
Implement user roles and permissions for secure access.
Deliverables.
A fully functional and aesthetically designed Notion dashboard.
Training documentation or a short walkthrough video on how to use and update the dashboard.
Skills Required.
Expertise in Notion workspace design and database management.
Experience with dashboard development, especially for operations or logistics.
Strong understanding of downstream oil and gas operations (preferred).
