NONPROFIT DATA ANALYST FOR AI IMPLEMENTATION

This role will involve working closely with the project team to ensure that data is ready for use in automated reporting, donor segmentation, and advocacy tools.
Responsibilities.
Data Cleanup and Preparation.
- Audit existing data for inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information.
- Clean and structure data from multiple sources, including emails, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy before integration into AI tools.
- Data Organization.
- Develop a centralized data storage system to streamline access and workflows.
- Categorize and segment data, such as donor and audience information, for better analysis.
Analysis and Insights.
Analyze donor, audience, and operational data to provide actionable insights.
Support donor segmentation strategies by preparing data for machine learning models.
Collaboration.
Work closely with the AI Specialist to ensure data compatibility with AI tools.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Documentation and Reporting.
Create clear documentation for the cleaned and organized datasets.
Generate data reports and visualizations to support stakeholder presentations.
Qualifications.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with nonprofit or small business clients.
Strong skills in data cleanup, structuring, and organizing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as.
Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced) SQL (for querying databases) Data visualization tools (e.
., Tableau, Power BI) Experience working with CRM platforms (e.
., Salesforce, HubSpot, or [login to view URL]) is a plus.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in a simple way.
Preferred Experience.
Working with nonprofit data (e.
., donor databases, stakeholder information).
Familiarity with AI implementation projects or data preparation for machine learning models.
Knowledge of cloud-based data storage solutions.
