WHAT IS NEXT GEN? A 6-month program where we are building the Next Generation in adidas Porto.
You’ll have the chance to experience different sub-areas and work alongside other teams.

With onboarding designed to give you the best tools to start your professional career, you will join us as a Talent and finish the journey as a Champion.
We are looking for Early Career starters in 2 distinct areas.
Finance and Accounts & Sales Operations.
WHAT IS FINANCE AT ADIDAS PORTO? Finance Invoice to Cash teams deliver services to maintain our company’s accounting & compliance responsibilities and to provide financial feedback on our company’s performance WHAT DO YOU NEED TO JOIN US? Professional proficiency in English (other languages are a plus) Degree in a field relevant to Management, Accounting, Economy, or similar 0-1 year of experience in a corporate role Enthusiasm to quick-start your career with the best sports brand in the world WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? 6-month full-time (40h/week) contract with a competitive salary and benefits Hybrid work policy and flexible working hours with incentives for sports and work-life balance International and diverse work environment State-of-art office space and conditions This program is set to start on April, 14th .
