Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into effective architectural designs.
Lead discussions to simplify complex challenges and present them in a clear actionable manner.
Review and provide guidance on system architecture ensuring scalability security and efficiency.
Occasionally engage in handson proofofconcepts to validate architectural choices.
Promote best practices for system architecture integration and data flow within the organization.
Support multiple teams by ensuring open communication leading discussions with a factbased approach and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements 5 years of experience in roles such as technical lead solutions architect or similar with handson development experience and a strong focus on designing and implementing robust scalable systems.
Proven ability to design solutions in complex environments ideally in enterpriselevel projects and create clear effective architectural diagrams to communicate solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication ss in English.
Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them effectively.
Experience with the.
ET ecosystem and working within a Microsoft environment including Azure and related technologies.
Solid knowledge of information security (e.

cryptography identity management) and extensive experience handling nonfunctional requirements (e.
