We are looking for an Accountant & Internal Control Specialist to work with the Nespresso F&C team.
Apply and join us! WHAT WILL YOU DO? Internal Control * Ensure compliance with Nestlé and Nespresso Group guidelines for internal control; * Promote awareness and adherence to internal control processes, including Risk & Control self-assessment and recurrent Internal Controls in place; * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address internal control deficiencies; * Lead projects aimed at continuous process improvement and resource efficiency; * Collaborate with internal and external audits to resolve control deficiencies.
Accounting Operations * Prepare reports, analyses and create manual journal entries for Period End Closing activities; * Address and solve Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation discrepancies; * Maintain accuracy and adherence to policies related to boutique cash management; * Resolve issued related with Subscription plans/fees and prepare report for termination fees; * Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Senior Accountant.
Accounts Payables * Serve as SPOC in the market for Procurement and as backup for supplier creation requests; * Support NBS Latam in resolving invoice errors, disputes and unapproved invoices; * Verify and supervise the process of Boutiques expenses payments; * Monitor and resolve debit balances with suppliers; * Liaise with Nespresso bank contacts for service maintenance and clarifications.
ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? * Academic background in Accounting/Finance/Management (preferable); * Experience in Accounting/Finance area; * Fluency in English (oral and written); * Strong financial knowledge; * Advanced knowledge of MS office; * Good analytical and communication skills; * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; * Ability to plan work and manage priorities; * Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement of processes.
