Monday to Saturday (Rotational shifts between AM PM) with 2 days off (Sunday and 1 rotational day) Type of Contract.
CDD (Contrat Dure Dtermine) 6 months Base Salary.
EUR per 14 months Performance Bonus.
140 EUR per 12 months Meal Allowance.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level) to join our dynamic team.
Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is a plus.
Responsibilities.
ist clients via inbound calls chat or email in the aftersales process addressing inquiries regarding reservations and attending to potential requests.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solutions.
Provide accurate valid and complete information to customers using the right ods and tools.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure excellent service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
