HE ROLEAs Indie Campers M\uamp;A Senior Specialist you’ll be responsible for identifying and evaluating Merger and Acquisition opportunities, conducting financial modeling and due diligence, together with leading the M\uamp;A process, providing strategic insights to senior management.
ou will be joining our CEO Office team in our Lisbon HQ Office, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and working closely with his Chief of Staff.
HAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Identify, screen, and evaluate M\uamp;A opportunities, conducting comprehensive financial modelling, valuation analyses, and due diligence to assess transaction viability.
ead the M\uamp;A process by partnering with key stakeholders, creating investor materials, and managing the approval process for executive-level deals.
onduct in-depth market analysis and pre- and post-transaction evaluations, providing regular updates to senior management on ongoing deal status and strategic initiatives.
erve as a subject matter expert in M\uamp;A, leveraging industry knowledge to enhance execution and capital raising capabilities.
ollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with budgets, forecasts, and overall strategic objectives.
HO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.
., CFA, CMA) is a plus.
inimum of 5-7 years of experience in M\uamp;A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
xperience in the travel, tourism, or automotive rental sectors is preferred, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
roficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and conducting due diligence.
trong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and prepare detailed reports.
xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
trong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset, able to navigate challenges and make data-driven decisions.
luency in English is mandatory.
