Job Description.
Data Entry Freelancer for Product Folder Input We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to input product data from brochures into our MS Access database.
This task will be carried out via a secure remote desktop connection, where you will have access to the application specifically designed for this work.
Requirements 1.
Attention to Detail.
Accurate data entry is essential for this role.

Equipment.
A monitor with a minimum screen size of 20 inches is recommended to ensure a clear view of both the application and the source material.
This setup will allow you to comfortably display the application and the PDF file side by side for efficient data entry.
3.
Internet Connection.
A stable and reliable internet connection is required to ensure uninterrupted remote desktop access.
4.
Experience.
Previous experience with MS Access or similar data entry projects is preferred but not required.
5.
Confidentiality.
o You must adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols, as the information you’ll handle is sensitive.
o It is strictly prohibited to take screenshots or share any part of the work publicly, including in personal portfolios, on social media, or with other parties.
6.
IP Whitelisting.
Your IP address will be whitelisted to access the secure remote desktop.
This ensures that only you can perform the work, and it will not be possible to outsource the task to a third party.
Task Overview • Review product information from scanned or digital product portfolio brochures.
• Accurately input product details into our database.
• Verify data accuracy and consistency after entry.
• Report any unclear or missing information promptly.
Performance Monitoring and Work Schedule • The project will begin with an initial test phase of 2 hours, during which we will evaluate your performance, accuracy, and speed.
• Based on successful completion of the test phase, we anticipate requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week moving forward.
• We will track the time spent on data entry using our system to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Based on the results of the test phase, we will set a maximum time allowance per record.
Payment will be capped accordingly to ensure fair compensation while maintaining efficiency.
• Note.
Payment will not be made for incorrectly entered data, as determined at the sole discretion of the client.
It is therefore essential to verify your work carefully to meet our quality standards.
