* Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field; * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions.
* Experience with some of these Monitoring Tools.
SCOM, CA Nimsoft, CA Spectrum, Prometheus or Grafana; * Experience working with New Relic; * Capacity to work with MSSQL and Oracle; * Knowledge in infrastructure management (Windows/Linux/Cloud); * Knowledge in virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V); * Organizational and communication skills; * Capacity for creativity and innovation; * Good English level.
