To prep my middle schooler well, I will give instructions on the style of the interviewer I would like her to deal with (someone who asks difficult questions, someone who is very warm and engaging, someone who is distant and cold, etc.) I will need about 10 different people.
The issue is that she takes a while to "warm up to someone", so the goal is to have someone completely new each time.
I will do the feedback and coaching myself.
I just need people to help me put in "in real conditions".
