MOBILE APP UI FOR EVENT MANAGEMENT

I need a simple and elegant UI for a mobile app.
Here is a brief of what the mobile app will do.
This app simplifies live event resource management by allowing event managers to create events, organize participants into Venues (representing locations or tasks such as "Building 1" or "Tech Area"), and enable easy communication and resource tracking/reassignment.
Venue admins can flag issues with a single button click such as requesting for more staff.
Examples of issues include understaffing, equipment shortages, or logistical problems.
Requirements 1.
User Authentication.
Users can create a company account and log in.
The app supports social login options (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) and provides account recovery via email.
2.
Event Creation and Management.
Event managers can create events with details such as name, description, and dates.
Event details can be edited post-creation.
A centralized dashboard allows admins to oversee event progress, monitor Venue statuses, and manage communications.
3.
Venue Management.
Admins can create Venues to represent specific locations or tasks within the event.
Venues can be configured to require a minimum number of members, with alerts for understaffing, or remain open for flexible allocation.
Venue statuses are displayed using a traffic light system.
4.
Member Management.
Admins can add or remove members from an event by email.
Invitations are sent via email, allowing members to join directly.
New members must be approved by event admins before gaining access.
5.
Communication Features.
Each Venue includes a dedicated chat for localized communication, with push notifications for new messages.
Event-wide announcements can be sent by the event manager to all participants.
A persistent notification center ensures that all messages and updates are accessible, whether read or unread.
6.
Resource Request and Reassignment.
Venue admins can request additional staffing or other resources through a single button click.
Event managers can view these requests in real-time and reassign members from other Venues to address flagged issues.
The traffic light system dynamically updates to reflect resource changes.

Notification System.
The app uses red badge icons to indicate unread messages or announcements.
Push notifications are used for Venue-specific updates, event-wide announcements, and flagged issues such as resource shortages or understaffing.

Staffing and Resource Tracking.
The app automatically flags Venues with insufficient members based on pre-configured minimum thresholds.
Event managers can view real-time Venue statuses and make adjustments to balance resources effectively.
Staffing reassignments and resource requests are logged for transparency.

Reporting and Analytics.
Admins can track member statuses (e.
., “assigned,” “unassigned”) and Venue performance.
The app provides reports on resource efficiency, Venue activity, and overall task completion rates.

Payment and Free Trial.
The app offers a free trial period for companies to explore its features.
Continued use is available through subscription-based payment plans.
