MICROSOFT DYNAMICS FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT

Position Description.
• Minimum of 8+ years of Experience in MS Dynamics AX implementation or Support • Ideal candidate should be experienced in implementing, operating, tuning and troubleshooting D365 Finance & Operations • Excellent architectural knowledge of D365 F&O • Experience with successful implementations (at least 4 years of experience on large projects) • Employ the ability to understand, communicate, and interpret customer’s business processes and requirements • Capture, assess, and define client’s business requirements and create strategies to meet those objectives using practical Dynamics AX business solutions and industry best practices • Document and review all business processes, Gap/Fit Analysis findings, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents and progress updates throughout implementation lifecycle • Design and re-engineer business processes using best practices and standard Dynamics AX business procedures • Analyze business requirements and do gap fit analysis in one or more areas like Finance Functional Test Cases Preparation and Functional Testing • Should have knowledge in preparation of Functional design documents based on functional requirements • Actively organize and facilitate workshops, in-house seminars, webinars, and knowledge transfers with clients and Business Consulting Team members • Provide functionality demonstrations and training to new clients, end-users, and senior-level executives, as needed • Work closely with the Technical Architects to assist in the design and testing of client solutions • Work with Support Team to provide post-implementation support and Proactive Services assistance • Good knowledge of the entire Microsoft Azure stack • Good Knowledge in Reporting, Integration, Data Migration and extensions concepts • Knowledge of Visual Studio Web Performance and Load Testing; • Proven understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design.
