MEP CONTRACTS SALES EXPERT NEEDED (PREFERABLY U.S.- BASED)

.-based professional with solid experience in selling Civil Engineering and MEP Services, and getting contracts Related for (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) across all sectors.
Key Responsibilities.
- Identify potential clients and opportunities for Residential, Commercial & Industrial Civil Engineering & MEP contracts in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing sectors.
- Utilize your extensive network and sales skills to close deals on contracts for HVAC systems, refrigeration, fire protection systems, lighting systems, power distribution, and emergency power systems.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive contract acquisition and revenue growth.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met.
- Set and achieve sales targets to meet company financial goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients in the MEP industry.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proven track record in sales, specifically in MEP contracts.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
