Marketing & Communication Specialist Seniority.
Junior (1-3 years) Type of position.
Hybrid from Lisbon.
The candidates must be in Portugal.

What you’ll be doing on a daily basis.
- Manage and analyze our social media platforms, creating creative and strategic content; - Assist in organizing events; - Work on communication projects that make a real impact; - Coordinate the creation of merchandising that everyone will want to have; - Create and update marketing content.
What we’re looking for.
- Passion for marketing, communication, and social media; - Creativity with a strategic mindset; - At least 2 years of experience in marketing area; - Willingness to work in a team and make a difference; - Strong organization skills and attention to detail; - Previous experience in the field; - Fluency in English; - Knowledge of tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc; Key Skills and Competencies.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms; - Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, etc.); - Experience with Google Analytics or other measurement tools; - Ability to adjust strategy based on data to maximize results;      - Content Planning and Definition.
- Establish clear objectives (e.
., increase followers, boost engagement); - Audience interaction.
- Respond to comments and messages, creating a relationship with followers;      - Content Creation.
