he server is responsible for providing the guest with a positive dining experience throughexcellent product knowledge, strong salesmanship skills and a positive attitude.
The rate of pay for this position is $/hour, plus tips.
SSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Service guests according to Makoto Restaurants Company as outlined in the trainingmanual Explain menu items to a guest using thorough food knowledge Sell wine and beverages through knowledge of the product Ring in orders on the Aloha POS system Maintain accurate financial records of the shift, including all discounts and comps Maintain cleanliness of work area Complete daily and weekly side work Assist in all positions of the restaurant as necessary Complete additional tasks at the direction of managementACCOUNTABILITIESAll guests must be dealt with in a manner consistent with our standard of providing qualityproduct and services.
All actions must be taken with the guest's best interest in mind, so as tocontinue to build new business and to avoid customer complaints.
