Cross Border Talents is seeking passionate and detailoriented German Speakers (C1) for a Content Moderator position in Porto.

950EUR per 14 months Language Bonus.
450 EUR per 12 months Meal Allowance.

Review and moderate online videos content and complaints related to copyright and legal notices from customers.
Update and audit social media content ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Adhere to strict accuracy guidelines and ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
Protect customer data and follow all compliance processes.
Maintain a broad understanding of client products and services.
What You Bring.
Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
Strong computer skills and navigation abilities.
Detailoriented with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule.
Nice to Have.
Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
