We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Support Engineer to join our IT team.
In this role, you will provide essential support for our mainframe systems, focusing on 1st Line Support and assisting with technical issues.
Your background in IT support and experience with mainframes will be instrumental in ensuring the stability and performance of our systems.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide 1st Line Support for mainframe systems, addressing and resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with IT team members to maintain system stability and performance.
Assist with troubleshooting and escalation procedures for mainframe-related incidents.
Ensure clear and effective communication in English and Portuguese to support users and document resolutions.
Requirements.
Foundational IT experience with hands-on knowledge in IT environments.
Prior experience in 1st Line Support roles.
Familiarity with mainframe systems and support processes.
Language Proficiency.
English.
C1 level or higher.
Portuguese.
Fluent.
