Reportando ao Diretor de Supply Chain & Logistics, terá como principais responsabilidades.
• Gestão e monitorização de todo o processo de entrega ao cliente, garantindo eficiência e a satisfação do cliente; • Coordenação dos parceiros de transporte; • Supervisão dos processos de expedição dos produtos, garantindo a sua eficácia; • Resolução de eventuais incidentes durante o processo de expedição e entrega, em estreita coordenação com as equipas de CX e Lojas; • Coordenação de inventários globais e parciais, ajustes de stock e controlo de movimentos de stock entre lojas; • Analise de KPI's e elaboração de relatórios internos e outras atividades de suporte ao departamento de logística.
Requisitos e perfil.
• Licenciatura em Gestão Logística ou áreas similares; • Proficiência em MS Office, nomeadamente Excel; • Experiência de 1 a 2 na área de Logística e/ou transportes; • Fluência em Inglês e Espanhol; • Capacidade de planeamento e organização; • Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e de trabalho em equipa; • Capacidade de comunicação e orientação para o cliente; • Capacidade analítica, de negociação e de resolução de problemas; Envia-nos o teu CV para o e-mail de recrutamento, com a indicação da referência EC01.
