Manage Learning Academies end to end.
identify capability status and existing gaps, assess training and development needs; deploy and measure the effectiveness of learning activities, follow up and report of key indicators Understand the business context and how it contributes to the company’s performance Design and create engaging and effective content, using the framework, including digital learning, as part of our overall L&D offering Build relationships of trust and creating communication channels with and between different functions Work with external training providers and internal SMEs to develop learning and development programmes and modules that support business needs Deliver programme content/sessions as and when required Act as an internal consultant to provide best L&D practices and guidance.

Master or Major in Human Resources, Management or Psychology (social sciences) Minimum 3/4 years’ experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the industry or FMCG sector Previous experience in working with LMS (Learning Management Systems), namely Success Factors and/or Crossknowledge Knowing the foundations of styles and techniques of learning and the impact on development activities ( approach) Self-starter with ability to think outside the box Collaborative approach, with demonstrated capacity to co-design learning content with others, and to work with others to achieve team success.
