We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports What will you be doing? • Lead the UX and UI design efforts for the modernization program, including mentor and guide designers within the team; • Define a design system that reflects the clients design principles; • Oversee and govern the quality of design solutions, and identify experience risks or opportunities; • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals; • Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes; • Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications; • Distill simplicity from complex user and system requirements; • Work closely with dev teams to ensure design consistency and quality; • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices; • Can define and prioritise design problems effectively; • Host workshops, user research and feedback sessions with team and stakeholders.
What are we looking for? • Extensive experience in UX and UI design, for complex applications; • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions; • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma etc; • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies; • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - able to transfer ideas to UX flows and prototypes at speed; • Ability to travel and work onsite at client locations; • Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2).
