Automate the tracking and handling of new leads.
- Follow-up Communication.
Set up automated messages based on lead status changes or scheduled date/times.
- Data Reporting.
Streamline the process of generating reports.
The triggers for these automation processes will be.
- New Lead Entry.
Initiate automated tasks when a new lead comes in.
-Status Change of Lead.
Trigger communications and updates based on the progress of each lead.
- Scheduled Date/Time.
Implement reminders and messages based on pre-set schedules.
The ideal candidate for this project should have.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems, particularly Investment Dominator and REI Reply.
- Strong understanding of lead management processes and follow-up communication systems.
- Proficient in data reporting and analysis.
