At Power Kiosk, we are expanding our reach by generating high-quality leads for our Sales team and Brokers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our Sales team.
As a contractor, you will identify and qualify potential leads, focusing on Brokers and prospective Customers in deregulated energy markets.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Power Kiosk’s growth.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead Sourcing.
Utilize ZoomInfo with LinkedIn, PUC lists, Google search to identify prospective Energy Brokers and Customers.
Data Collection.
Compile and maintain accurate lead lists, ensuring completeness and quality.
Lead Delivery.
Generate a minimum of 60+ qualified leads weekly, adhering to quality standards.
Collaboration.
Refine targeting strategies and align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Lead Volume.
Minimum, 60 leads generated weekly Qualified Lead Quality.
85% or higher (Sales team to provide regular feedback to achieve this) Retention Success.
Brokers enrolled on the platform for 3+ months (paid 3rd license fee) Ideal Candidate.
Experience Sales Representative with a focus on lead generation Strong research and data mining skills.
Proficiency with lead generation tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Premium).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.
Prior experience in lead generation, energy markets, or B2B sales is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits.
Base Rate.
$25 per 15 leads generated (approximately 1 hr) Bonus Structure.
$50 bonus for every Broker who remains enrolled on the platform for three consecutive months Contract Details.

You’ll have access to LinkedIn Premium and ZoomInfo to streamline your lead generation process.
Clear Guidelines.
We’ll provide detailed criteria for the type of leads to target, so you know exactly who to look for.
Lead Tracking.
A pre-designed lead submission sheet will be shared with you to easily organize and submit your leads.
Initial Test Batch.
In your first week, you’ll deliver an initial batch of 50 leads to demonstrate your understanding of the process and alignment with our lead criteria.
Feedback Loop.
We’ll review your initial leads, provide constructive feedback, and refine the process together if necessary.
Full Steam Ahead.
Once aligned, you’ll be ready to generate and submit 60+ quality leads weekly, with ongoing support from our team as needed.
