Here is the detailed briefing.
Task 1.
In this app we have a calendar in which the various tasks for employees are listed.
You can add new tasks using a button.
However, we would like to add a new task when you click on an empty area.
Then a modal should open and you can fill in the corresponding fields.
There is a design for this workflow.
Task 2.
Currently you can view the details of the task in the calendar.
A modal appears again.
We would like to have a button with “edit” and then I can edit in the modal.
Task 3.
Extension of the forms of the individual modules.
We need to have more fields in the forms.
Task 4.
The diagnostics module needs to be expanded.
When you have filled in the form, a PDF must also be generated automatically.
This PDF is then also saved in the entry of the diagnosis form.
Task 5.
Task management module - when I create a task, I must also be able to select a diagnostic sheet/entry.
It must also be possible to store several statuses via dropdown or checkbox.
There is Open, Done, Not done.
It must also be possible to write a service report with a button.
When I click on the button, a form opens.
Then I enter some data and save.
I can then generate a PDF from it at the touch of a button.
You can create several service reports.
Task 6.
Dashboard - here I can see which tasks are still open and how many.
Task 7.
Every user/employee can enter vacation.
The admin can say how much vacation an employee has, but the employee can only say when he wants to take the vacation with a date picker.
The employee can also see in his profile how much vacation he has left.
