L1 SUPPORT SPECIALIST (UNIX, SQL, AZURE)

Position Description.
Position Description ¡Únete a CGI! ¿Quieres formar parte de una de las cinco empresas más grandes de TI y procesos de negocios en el mundo? En CGI estamos seleccionando un/a Programador/a Unix y SQL para trabajar en un proyecto internacional.
Requisitos.
- Profesional en ingeniería de sistemas, informática, electrónica o afines al rol.
- 3 a 6 años de experiencia en soporte de producción, particularmente en un rol de Soporte L1.
- Inglés conversacional (B2 o superior).
- Dominio de sistemas Unix y SQL para la resolución de problemas.
- Experiencia con infraestructura de Azure y gestión en la nube.
- Sólida experiencia en procesos de Seguimiento/Gestión de Incidentes y Gestión de Cambios.
- Experiencia previa en la industria bancaria/financiera.
- Fluidez en inglés y español, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para priorizar tareas y trabajar eficazmente bajo presión en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.
Funciones y/o responsabilidades.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz para problemas de producción, implementando soluciones preventivas para minimizar incidentes futuros.
- Utilizar sistemas Unix y SQL para resolver problemas relacionados con la producción.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para implementar procesos de gestión de cambios, asegurando una mínima interrupción en los entornos de producción.
- Monitorear entornos de Azure, gestionando alertas e incidentes relacionados con la infraestructura en la nube.
- Mantener y actualizar la documentación para operaciones del sistema, procesos de soporte e informes de incidentes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de la empresa y de la industria, especialmente en el ámbito bancario/financiero.
- Proveer comunicación clara y oportuna a las partes interesadas internas en inglés y español sobre problemas en curso y sus resoluciones.
Deseables.
- Familiaridad con las prácticas de ITIL para la gestión de incidentes, problemas y cambios.
- Experiencia con sistemas de tickets (por ejemplo, ServiceNow, JIRA) para la gestión de incidentes.
- Conocimiento de herramientas adicionales de Unix/Linux y scripting para automatización.
- Conocimiento de los requisitos de regulación y cumplimiento en la industria financiera.
Habilidades complementarias.
- Resolutivo y proactivo, con una mentalidad enfocada en el cliente.
- Buen jugador de equipo, con la capacidad de colaborar entre varios equipos.
- Capaz de trabajar de manera independiente y llevar los problemas hasta su resolución.
