Proven experience with CDD and EDD processes and familiarity with Portuguese AML requirements and regulations; Knowledge of AML Portuguese Law and KYC best practised; A good understanding of effective risk management; Knowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desirable; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Someone who is.
Detail oriented; Fluent English B2; Flexible.
What your responsibilities will be? Responsible for conducting thorough customer due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; Analyse customer data to identify potential risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes; Perform enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers, including gathering additional information and conducting more in-depth investigations; Assess complex ownership structures and identify ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs); Escalate potential compliance issues to compliance senior management; Assist in preparing regulatory filings and reports.
What do we offer? Base salary of ; Meal allowance of 7,63 per worked day; Shuttle; Monday to Friday from 09h to 18h; Located in Lisbon.
