KCC MEDIA AND TCP AD MEDIA OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

This role will be on point to  ensuring a seamless execution of frameworks for the agency management and HCM, gaining visibility to our spend and consolidate the know how and scale the learnings.
Responsibilities Agency relationship management; Seamless execution of H1 and FY agency performance evaluation process.
Orchestrate the collection and analysis of data reporting Consolidate and tracking post-evaluation action plans, Map out opportunities and best practices across the markets Prepare and align on annual bonus/malus dashboard with local markets/agencies Fnsure FY SOW process execution and HY review, track the SOW Masterfile.
Alignment on SOW deliverables across Create and deploy markets and costing, tracking and identify efficiency opportunities, Collaborate with media strategy and marketing operations to map out FY SOW elements Non working spend mapping Identify non working efficiency opportunities building into HCM AdAccount Management for EU markets DSP and AdManagers credit line management.
Overseeing and optimizing the financial resources allocated to AdAccounts.
AdAccount transition and management.
Transition Agency-Owned PepsiCo account to Owned structure.
Management of new accounts needed from agency and PepsCo side.
AdVeryfication Tool Management â involve planning and distribution of tool utilization across EU markets.
New Vendors Set up process coordination.
 HCM.
Support HCM and transformation agenda by creating and implement new productivity pillars Close working with internal media productivity auditor to identify the opportiunities and translate into framework Close working with internal media productivity, KBS media, media agencies and local media teams to identify and track the productivities at campaign level.
Oversee spend and AVB tracker by market/category/media type/vendor to identify the opportunities Other.
Close working with the local media teams; marketing operations and media agency to map out Create and Deploy campaigns Support Europe media operations agenda for any eventual workstreams Orchestration of vendor set up/PO/Invoice request for Europe media and TCP budget Qualifications Min 5 years of experience in a media agency or in the media/marketing function of reputable company with a similar scope Agility - Ready to react to key stakeholder last minute requests and adjustments Analytical mindset â ability to understand data and interpret into actionable strategies Proven, consistent and excellent attention to detail 2 years of experience in managing digital media buying platforms.
DV360, Teads, META, TikTok, Snapchat, GoogleAds Knowledge of 3 rd Party Veryfication Tool History of excellent project management skills Collaborative and honest Fluent in English
