Junior Sales Manager We seek a talented, dynamic, and solution-oriented Junior Sales Manager to join us full-time.
As Junior Sales Manager, you will be part of the team in Lisbon and drive sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
This highly sales-oriented position requires marketing creativity and belief in the value of strong customer service.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
* Taking full responsibility for regional direct sales and meeting weekly sales goals.
* Development and leadership of sales and office staff.
* Coordinate operational, sales, and marketing activities.
* Manage quality control and customer service.
* Promote and develop marketing activities.
* Establish and manage budget, overseeing control of profit and loss.
As a Junior Sales Manager role, you will work in an international environment with a dynamic team.
To liaise with senior management, this position can require you to travel internationally.
Strong business acumen, commercial instinct, and tested leadership skills are a must.
Requirements.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
* 2-5 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a relevant field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent level for speaking, reading, and writing in both Portuguese and English.
* Positive attitude and good team spirit.
* International experience (study/work) or experience in a global environment.
