We're looking for a passionate and curious Junior Programmatic Specialist to join our incredible, international programmatic team at (COMPANY NAME).
If you have a keen interest in digital advertising, enjoy working with data, and are eager to enhance your skills in programmatic advertising, this role offers a fantastic opportunity.
You'll be part of a vibrant team, working across multiple markets including Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Poland.
In this role, you'll get hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Open Auction, Open Market, Open Bidding, and Prebid, driving ad performance and helping to grow revenue across these regions.
A typical day at (COMPANY NAME) Group, as a Junior Programmatic Specialist, will involve.
* Set up, monitor, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals; * Adjust pricing rules in AdX to maximize revenue, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions; * Create and manage Preferred Deals and Private Auctions, ensuring optimal monetization of ad inventory; * Manage programmatic deals within Google Ad Manager, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration of Open Bidding and Prebid; * Continuously review and refine ad placements and bidding strategies to enhance performance; * Work closely with our teams in Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Poland to align strategies and share insights; * Collaborate with the product team to address any technical queries or challenges that arise.
What will you need to be successful in this role? * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, or a related field; * Previous experience or internships in digital advertising or programmatic are a plus; * Familiarity with Google Ad Manager and programmatic concepts; * Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making; * A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
