In order to reinforce our Sales & Marketing Department, Amtrol-Alfa is looking for a:
JUNIOR PRODUCT & SALES MANAGER M/F
Location: Guimarães, Portugal
Key Responsibilities:
•Customer Relations: Manage key accounts, understand customer needs, as well as travel internationally to maintain and strengthen relationships.
•Sales Growth: Expand existing accounts and enter new markets through proactive sales and business development.
•Product Management: Involvement in product innovation, proposals, budgeting, and market positioning.
Requirements:
•Education: College degree (preferably in engineering).
•Skills: Strong communication and negotiation capabilities; knowledge of common software
applications and CRM.
•Languages: Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
Preferred Experience & Attributes:
•Technical Sales & Product Innovation, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
