Descrição Fazer a gestão administrativa dos projetos; Garantir a documentação, comunicação e informação dos projetos às entidades envolvidas; Garantir a moderação e coordenação entre as várias partes interessadas (áreas internas e fornecedores); Implementar e gerir a plataforma de gestão de projetos e monitorizar as atualizações nas diferentes áreas; Liderar o envolvimento das equipas de projeto (Workstreams), garantido o apoio ao Project Manager; Acompanhar e gerir incidentes, riscos e processos de melhoria contínua ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto; Monitorizar e atualizar o planeamento do projeto, calendário e relatórios financeiros relativos à gestão do projeto; Participar e documentar reuniões regulares de acompanhamento do projeto com as equipas de gestão do projeto e executiva (Steering Board).
Perfil ideal Formação Superior em Engenharia /Gestão Industrial; Experiência até dois anos em gestão de projetos; Conhecimentos no âmbito de Logística e Transporte Internacional (preferencial); Boa capacidade de comunicação e negociação; Conhecimentos sólidos de Inglês.
