THE ROLE We are looking for a techno-functional Specialist to work within our Technology and Business departments and be responsible for supporting users and evolving the implemented system.
Experience in Dynamics 365 finance and operations implementation is a must.
WHAT YOU'LL DO * Translate business process requirements into requirements that will support configurations or developments in Dynamics 365 * Act as a bridge between business, development, and quality teams, ensuring correct technical requirements, clear communication and project alignment * Analyse business challenges across various (COMPANY NAME) departments (e.
., Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance) to identify areas for improvement * Propose data-driven solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 functionality to optimise efficiency and potentially generate cost savings.
* Champion best practices across technology teams, promoting efficient workflows and fostering a collaborative environment; * Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented Dynamics 365 modules.
* Provide ongoing support for the implemented system, troubleshooting any business or technical issues.
* Actively participate in the system implementation, providing training and guidance during go-live and post-go-live phases; * Regularly monitor system health and identify areas for optimisation, proactively proposing solutions to enhance overall performance.
* Proficiency in these modules is a plus (Inventory management, Retail Product information management, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and marketing, Entity store BYOD (data management), Accounts payable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cash and bank management, General Ledger, and User management and system administration).
WHO YOU ARE * A professional who has experience in implementing and maintaining D365 operations and finance * Knowledge of the modules of Dynamics 365 and how to configure, maintain, and evolve modules * Aptitude for understanding & diagnosis of business processes * Knowledge and experience in working through different software implementation phases and collaborating with various stakeholders.
* A person who likes to interact with stakeholders and support documentation for business processes and functionalities implemented.
