Job Description.
We are seeking a diligent and detailoriented Italian Speaking Content Moderator to join our vibrant team in Porto.
As a Content Moderator you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of usergenerated content on various platforms.
Your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate content to ensure it meets community guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities.
Content Review.
Monitor and review usergenerated content (e.
.
text images videos) for adherence to community guidelines and policies.
Quality Assurance.
Ensure highquality moderation and maintain the integrity of the platform by removing harmful or inappropriate content.
User Support.
Assist users by addressing their concerns and resolving contentrelated issues promptly and effectively.
Policy Enforcement.
Apply community guidelines and policies consistently to all reviewed content ensuring a safe and respectful online environment.
Reporting.
Document and report content trends issues and feedback to the management team to improve moderation processes.
Collaboration.
Work closely with other content moderators and team leaders to share insights and best practices.
Qualifications.
Language Proficiency.
Fluent in Italian and possess at least a B2 level of proficiency in English.
Attention to Detail.
Strong observational skills and the ability to notice small but important details.
Adaptability.
Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism and discretion.
Communication Skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
ProblemSolving.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Team Player.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Prior Experience.
Previous experience in content moderation customer service or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
