Communicate with customers via chat email & calls (small percentage) Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts What you will bring.
Fluency in Italian (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge Great communication skills Prior customer support experience would be an advantage Strong troubleshooting skills Conditions on offer.
