Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, chat, email, or in person; Diagnose, investigate, and resolve Tier 1 technical hardware and software issues; Effectively advise and assist customers with appropriate solutions; Provide accurate information on IT products and services; Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels; Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention; Collaborate with L2 teams and internal stakeholders to improve training content; Maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements Advanced level of Portuguese, Spanish, and English (minimum B2); Grado Superior en Sistemas Informáticos (ASIR) or equivalent technical vocational qualification (highly valued); 1 year of experience in Helpdesk roles (highly valued); Strong customer support skills with excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; Eagerness to learn, adaptability, multitasking skills, and attention to detail; High level of professionalism and confidentiality; Knowledge of ITSM tools, Active Directory, and remote connection tools.
