- IT user support via phone, mail and web channels - Resolution of incidents and user requests - Use of ITSM tools for registration, prioritization, resolution and escalation of tickets after ITIL processes.
Requisitos.
- Customer service capabilities - Advanced level of the indicated languages (Portuguese, Spanish and English) - Ability to work in a team environment - Analytical skills - Technical skills - Knowledge of ITSM tools, Active Directory, remote connection tools to the user's workstation.
