Job Description.
We are now looking for a IT Risk & Process Improvement Management to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission Risk Management * Identify and assess potential IT risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.
* Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies.
* Collaborate with IT teams to establish and enforce security measures.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Lead incident response efforts and contribute to crisis management activities.
Process Optimization * Analyze existing IT business processes and define new processes.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes.
* Utilize methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of optimized processes.
* Monitor and report on process performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have.
* Proven experience in IT risk management and process optimization.
* In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.
., Six Sigma, Lean).
* Relevant certifications (e.
., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
