IT CONTRACT MANAGER (ENGLISH AND FRENCH SPEAKER)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Log any new contract’s need reported by project managers or Domain / Division Heads; * Ensure the follow up and coordination of the renewal of WM Head Office SLA / OLA with other Group entities; * Contribute to the continuous improvement process – in particular by seeking the adequate articulation with Procurement and Software management tasks; * Contribute to draft material for awareness purpose.
Requirements.
* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar; * Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT; * At least 3 years of experience in Contract Management; * Certified in ITIL; * Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive; * Autonomous and Pragmatic; * Fluency in English; * Knowledge of French.
