The main focus of these interviews will be assessing various aspects pertinent to my study.
I am a student of PhD in Management at the Lahore University of Management Sciences and I would like to invite you to participate in a research study that aims to understand how platform workers experience dissonance between their actual self (i.
., their real, offline identity) and their digital self (i.
., the image they present on different online platforms).
The study will explore the impact of this discrepancy on mental well-being and identify strategies used by workers to navigate these challenges.
The only thing required from you is of your time for an online interview via Zoom or Teams.
You will be paid for your time.
