Descrição da Função Your new Company  The company is a leading innovator in the field of material technology, specializing in raw materials for the hygiene industry.
Your new Role As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Proactively prospect new market opportunities and lead market analysis efforts to identify trends and new potential partnerships.
Manage key client relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve business goals.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Attend industry conferences and events to boost company presence and network.
Regular international travel to meet with clients and manage relationships with international commercial partners.
What you will need to be succeed  To be succeed as a Sales Manager you will need.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, within the hygiene industry materials sector is a plus.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the hygiene products industry.
Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in French would be advantageous.
Demonstrable ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and manage international commercial partnerships.
Strong mentoring and people management skills.
Availability for regular international travel.
Demonstrable soft skills such as resilience, client orientation, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
