Strategic Role - Lead high-impact communication initiatives, both internally and externally.

Internal Communication & Employee Engagement.
Animate our internal platform (Microsoft Viva Suite).
boost engagement, analyze usage, and propose new initiatives.
Organize & coordinate internal events (webinars, hackathons, employee engagement campaigns).
Ensure smooth communication between Keyrus subsidiaries worldwide.
Drive ESG communication alongside our corporate responsibility team.
External Communication & Brand Positioning.
Manage Keyrus' global social media presence, ensuring brand consistency.
Oversee and update website content, aligning with employer branding & corporate strategy.
Coordinate press releases, PR campaigns, and external messaging.
Strategic Projects & Content Management Support the Brand Values project, ensuring Keyrus' culture & differentiation are well communicated.
Assist with content translation and editorial review to maintain quality and consistency.
Work closely with HR & Employer Branding teams to attract top talent globally Requerimientos del candidato/a.
Fluent or native English (French is a plus) Strong content creation & storytelling abilities Experience with social media management & corporate communication Organizational & project management skills (PMO experience is a plus) Familiarity with Microsoft Viva Suite or similar platforms (preferred) Autonomous, creative, and proactive mindset
